The reason for the ban is multiple payment failure. What does it mean? I have not done anything else.???

@FA_Chrismaiook You will have to contact EA support and ask them to investigate what happened. Remember to keep calm (they are normal people, just like you and me) and provide all the information you can to help speed up the investigation.
