I got a birthday code from you couldnt use it, got a MCd code from you, wanted to use it for need for speed, did a survey for $20 off got a code, it does not work

What is your problem honoring discount codes??  I cant use a happy birthday code sent to me , or a MCD code or a $20 survey code.   THis is getting old!  

I am tying to get a prerelease oredr of need for speed most wanted for ps3 and cannot use any of the codes.   HELP!!!!!!
