I can remember a password of my origin ID but then when I logged in origin ID already they ask me to type a six characters of authentication
This is my problem I can't remember that
What should I do?

Unfortunately we cannot send you a security code, you will need to get in touch with our team.
As chat isn't available for this type of issue and you are living in a country that doesn't support our 'call me' feature, you could also use a Voice-Over-IP service (such as Skype) instead. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK and use that to call our UK number: +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)

It sounds as if you have turned on login verification, but are now not receiving these notifications on your email or your mobile device.
