I do not want to renew my subscription

I'm having problems logging in. Tried everything with no luck. When my subscription ends do not renew.

If you wish to cancel an Origin Access subscription, please see this link:

If you wish to cancel and EA Access subscription:

If you are on PS4:

1. From your PlayStation 4, navigate to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [PlayStation Subscriptions].
2. Select the EA Access subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.

Xbox:

1. Log in to account.microsoft.com.
2. Click Services & subscriptions.
3. Click Payment & billing under EA Access.

Our subscriptions for Origin Access, both Basic and Premier, are not refundable. There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances.
