I click on ea games and it says my account is invalid

I been trying to fix this the last hour does anyone know how to fix it

Find your EA Account email address using your game or Origin

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast. 

Contact us for help if you’re still having trouble.

It won't let me play any games and whenever I want to change the password it says that the account doesn't even exist even though I placed the account into the EA plus email and it bothers me because I was waiting for an update for a game and I cant even play it.
