I cannot request live chat

I cant live chat? I get to where I can select the method in which i would like to use, and i click on live chat but it wont let me request the live chat and I need help

Some countries dont have this method so go by this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/    and select UK or US.

What exactly happens or goes wrong when you select the chat option? Do you not get a new pop up window? If that is the case, please check that your browser add-ons (pop up blocker) is not blocking the chat window.

It is impossible to select the chat option, that button is unclickable.

Open Mozilla Firefox and request from there I was having the same problem.

Same problem, there isn't live chat option.

I know this thread is old, but it's on the top page of Google when searching "ea can't request live chat," so I figured I would tell what worked for me. Turning off my adblock (uBlock Origin) and my tracker blocker extension (Privacy Badger) worked for me.
