I cannot purchase game using debit card. Any solution?

I'm from Pakistan. I'm trying to buy the game using a debit card and it says "transaction failed" every time. I don't know what the problem is. I only have debit card, not a credit card so thats the only way I can buy a game but if that doesn't work i don't know what else to do?
