I can't unlink my XBOX accounts to EA origin (button gone)

When I try to link my xbox account it says you can't because you have too many accounts. So I login to origin to unlink and I see the two xbox accounts but NO unlink next to them. I also see my ps4 with an unlink next to it but it only seems to apply to the ps4. Any help?

If you can’t see the buttons you will need to contact a EA adviser to unlink them for you.

my friend was just doing this and was blatantly gaslit by support and his account was hacked and had an email hes never seen before be linked with it. no help at all.

same problem, with two Xbox accounts. But after all these years they haven't fixed this bug, there is hardly any support.

How hard to believe that they are part of the best development studio ?
