I can't redeem my code

★★★ Newbie

I tried logging into the the address given in my email after buying Barnacle Bay for Sims3. I can't log in. The thing keeps spinning as if its working, but never logs me in. I cant do "forgot password" cause it takes me to the origin site and I'm trying to log into the the www.sims3.com/barnaclebay site.

 

I go to origin and try to install, it tells me my product code isn't any good.

 

I'm about to throw this computer through the window, as my kids are upset they can't play their new game, and your * isn't working!!!

Please contact an Advisor via live chat or phone for assistance with this issue:

1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.
