I can't install Origin anymore

Hi. Suddenly I couldn't launch any games in Origin. Nothing worked and eventually I tried uninstalling Origin for reinstallation. Unfortunately, I can't install Origin anymore. I got the "Error loading webpage " message and I tried many fixes I found on the web and here with no avail. Please help. DXDIAG file joined.

Solved!
I followed these steps from the thread below. I deleted every single files listed (for those which were still there) and I even deleted my Origin Games file. And it worked! I think you could make it work without deleting the Games file though.

@EA_Darko So I did what was ask on the provided link. It didn't find any problems. Though, I found out that my Windows Update Service was corrupted. I repaired it and made the latest update of my OS... and it sill shows me the "Error Loading Webpage"

Flush DNS
Disabled Proxy
Always run OriginThinSetup.exe as administrator
Remove adblock
Disabled firewall
Open TCP/UDP ports that Origin uses
Clear cache
Manually delete origin from computer
I even reset my router
Changed browser
Did the procedure from DarkBanishing from the above thread

I don't know what else I could do

In the meanwhile here's the new DxDiag

I'm having a similar issue.  Origin said I needed to restart it so it could update.  I did that.  Now, it refuses to relaunch.
