I can't get in my game. It keeps exiting me out.

At first when I tried to get in my Sims 4, it kept saying error and that there was a misplaced file somewhere. When I finally got rid of all the error files, I clicked my Sims games to play but it starts to load and kicks me out basically. I really don't know what is wrong with my game. I've been trying for about 2 weeks now.

@ogenkentrin  Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and which version?  When in the process of loading does it fail?  Try moving your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and let me know whether it helps.

My PC runs on Windows and when I put my Sims 4 folder on my desktop all it did was open the folder.

@ogenkentrin  I mean if you move the folder to your desktop and try to launch the game again, what happens?
