I can't download The Sims 4

Hey, I downloaded The Sims 4 through Origin in January and I can play it just fine. But because I went to my home country and forgot to bring my mac (where the game is installed originally), so I downloaded the game again in my Windows PC and it works fine as well. But as soon as I get back to my macbook the game just won't update. I even uninstall the game and even uninstall and re-install Origin it's still says the same (attached pic). Please help!!

We've had reports from players in Singapore experiencing the same error when trying to download our games through Origin.

The workaround users have found is to use a VPN to download the games. Once the games are downloaded you will be able to play them without issues or the need for a VPN.
