So, I have the stupid "credentials expired thing". I tried clearing my cache, but I can't delete my logs folder. I can't go back onto Origin and help it, since my credentials expired. I'm on Windows 10, pls help

Are you getting an error message when you try to delete the logs? Are you on an administrator account?

Yes, I do get the message, but I'm not an admin. It really sucks because I want to be able to play Sims 3 and I can't if it does this.

Would you be able to check with the person who has access to the admin account on your computer to see if they could run the troubleshooting steps? Often, any major modification of game files requires an admin account to approve it.

I don't have an admin account, sorry. I don't wanna waste money on a new game. Ii's only on client, it won't accept LolILikeSims.
