I wanted to change my ID and profile picture and went to the site.
I have been sent a verification code to my email address, but I haven't seen anything in my inbox or spam list.
There is no doubt about the email address, so I think there is a problem on the EA side.
Is there a workaround?

IDとプロフィールの画像を変更したいと思い、サイトに行きました。
メールアドレスに確認コードを送信されたのですが、受信ボックスや迷惑メールリストを見ても一切来ていません。
メールアドレスは間違いないため、EA側に問題があるのではないかと思っています。
対処方法はありますでしょうか?

If you're still having trouble receiving the verification code I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help website so they can help out with that. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website.
