I bought and origin didnt give the game

I bought FIFA15 and the origin removed me the money but did not give me the game, what i can do ?

The Origin Client program can become desynchronized during a purchase.  When that happens, you simply exit from Origin completely, then reboot it, and it should automatically update itself to include the latest purchase(s).
