I bought the Sims 3 University Pack on amazon and I tried to redeem the code on Origin but it did said "This code has already been redeemed" I called EA and they were probably closed I requested a call but it didn't work I tried it at 8:30 PM EST. Please give me advice on what to do.

For issues such as this @declout you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to check the code for you. If it has already been redeemed then you will need to contact the retailer.

Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
