I bought SIM4 and redeem it but it does not show up in Origin

Will,I bought SIM4,DVDs,and after i redeem it,the page look like break,so i trun it off and on again,and when i do it again, it shows this code is been used.

it doesn't show up on origin.i don't know what to do now.

It is about 6hour now.I'm almost crazy.can i fix it or how do i know who used it ?
