I Cant Download The Sims 4 Expansion Pack

I Pre-ordered the new expansion pack for the sims 4 (get to work). I waited until it came out and clicked for it to start downloading. whilst downloading my internet went funny and forced the download to stop. I restarted my internet and went back onto origin to find that it is saying I don't have the game. The money has been taken from my account and I have been sent the receipt on my email. it also says in the order history that I have it. I have tried multiple things to try and get it to work like logging in and out. uninstalling and reinstalling origin and also things like reloading my games. Please help this is really frustrating. I've spent a lot of money on this to not even be able to play. Utterly annoyed!

To download your Sims 4 Get to Work, do the following:

• open Origin and go to your My Games
• Right-click on the Sims 4 icon and choose View Game Details
• Scroll down to Expansion Packs - you will see Get to Work there
• Download

 My English is a little bad but I try to help, the problem that you have happened to me exactly like you, I buy the expansion from the game itself, and I had the problem of error and when I opened Origin didn't appear in my library, I had the ticket but not the game. What I discovered was when you open the game (The Sims 4) the expansion would start download. You can look at the downloadable content section of the game. Hope that helps and that you understood me.

Thank you for this information.  Was an easy fix to restart the download process for one of my newly purchased expansion packs.

I have this pack on another computer but its just not downloading in this computer. what should i do?
