How to un-link my psn from an EA/Origin account I don’t have access to.

So this account is what I use for EA/Origin, my PSN is linked to a different account (which I obviously do not have access to), I can’t even find out through Sony which account it’s linked to. Other forums say I need to login to the account that I don’t have access to.
