How to reset my security question after been hacked?

Hi EA, i have a problem here. My account has been hacked a week ago and what happened is that my email was changed to someone's. But i have resolved that by revert to my email, the problem is that now i cannot change my account details as i cannot answer the security question, it must has been the hacker changed it. They even change my ID of course, and now i cannot edit my profile without answering the security question. So can you help me to get a new security question for me so that i can get a 100% control of my account? please really need your help thank you very much.
