How to get my old account back

I think my account expire or something I don’t know but I made a new one with the same email and Reyes to use the code for sims4 but i doesn’t work and I don’t know what to do now because I feel like I wasted my money what should I do

@carmen2006xo  You'll have to get your old account back.  A game code can only be registered once, even if the same player is trying to use it again.  To recover your account, you'll need to contact EA customer support.
