How to delete game codes from origin?

I sold my The Sims 3 - games and the buyer can't use the games because they are registered on my origin account. How to delete games from my origin account! Or how the buyer can use my old games??

You cannot do this. Selling your games or account is a breach of the terms of service you have agreed to.
