How to deal with expired origin crede

[SVANFRIDURBRIANA]

my origin is trying to update but there is always and error with the update so I just skip it. I tried to sing in but every time I put in email and password it just says “your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.” I’ve made a new password and tried a multiple times. Someone help!

When you have trouble logging in, is it only on the Origin client, or are you also unable to sign in at Origin.com or other EA websites?
