My EA account has been temporarily disabled and I have been instructed to contact a Customer Service representative yet I can't figure out how I am supposed to do that. I have provided a screenshot of the email that I received from EA. Following the link in the email only brings me to the "Cases" page.

1) Visit the link, If you see the case screen, just click the x in the top right and follow these instructions
2) Select Origin
3) Select your platform
4) Select "Manage my account"
5) Select "Can't log in"
6) Press "Select contact option"
7) Choose your preferred contact option.
