How to change security question?

My account was hacked by some Russians, and everything was changed. But I managed to change the password and my mail, but I cant change the security question. At first i wanted to delete my account but when i got a mail in russian with something about calling a RUSSIAN PHONE NUMBER i just gave up (i am clearly not russian). Now i only want to change the security question. Please help.
