I recently deleted my current email without realizing it's my email for this account. I want to change it but the only way to change the email is to verify my current email, which is deleted. I dont know what to do. Please Help

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Having the same issue. I can access my account but not change the email. This appears to have happened a lot. Considering people are forking out money to buy your games I would think there would be a better system to handle this. I own a few of your games but am quite nervous about purchasing anymore and probably won't until you address this issue.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @smirkingelf.
It would be expected that if you are deleting an email or changing your primary one that you would also update any other website or app that you had the address associated with.
If you no longer have access to the email then the best thing to do is speak with a member of our live support using the steps I posted above. They will be able to help you verify account ownership and then update your account details.
