@shellymomom Account issues such as this can only be handled by an EA advisor. For this problem in particular, you will need to open a hacked account ticket (even if you just forgot the question, the process is the same as if your account had been hacked), which you can do here.
Be sure to set your country using the menu in the upper left corner of that screen to ensure relevant contact options for your region are shown. If no options are shown, make sure you're trying during operating hours in your country/region.
If the live chat option is available (it might not be for your issue), be aware that the estimated wait time tends to be unreliable until it gets under 5 minutes. If you're left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, try a different browser.
Some account issues must be handled over the phone for security reasons.
If you don't live in a country where that is an option, it is possible to use a VOIP program such as Skype to make the call (it will still cost some money, but will most likely be cheaper than making an international call from a landline/mobile). You will have to set your country to somewhere else (the UK or US are the best options) in order to get the appropriate phone number. Again, make sure you're trying in a time when they're likely to be available in the country/region you've chosen. Do not choose the 'call back' option, since that is only available to people with phone numbers in the country/region you're chosen.
