How do i delete a game i downloaded with a code

I downloaded sims 3 using the code on my disk case, which was advised, and EVERYTIME i try and play it it says my connection is lost etc. I am currently completely un able to delete the sims 3 from my computer, which is my goal. It doesn't give me the option to uninstall the game, and iv'e run out of motivation to contact any other customer services.

@aerinboughton Does your computer run Windows or macOS? If you have a Mac, and you're getting the license server issue, that's usually fixable:

But if you just want to uninstall, let me know what OS you have, and I'll try to help.
