Hello there.
I am trying to setup an Origin account for my children online so that they can play games online.
I found this help page to do this - https://help.ea.com/article/how-do-i-set-up-an-origin-account-for-my-child
However after entering the detail (for a registration) it doesn't ask for a parent email and says that I don't meet the eligibility criteria.
I am in Australia so not sure if region has anythign to do with this.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

My childs account was set up before mine now i found i need to have an account, for him to be under.
I have now made an account for myself, but how and where can I import my sons account, under mine?
