How do I setup an account for my child

Hello there.

I am trying to setup an Origin account for my children online so that they can play games online.

I found this help page to do this - https://help.ea.com/article/how-do-i-set-up-an-origin-account-for-my-child

However after entering the detail (for a registration) it doesn't ask for a parent email and says that I don't meet the eligibility criteria.

I am in Australia so not sure if region has anythign to do with this.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

My childs account was set up before mine now i found i need to have an account, for him to be under.

 

I have now made an account for myself, but how and where can I import my sons account, under mine?

No error message it doesn't give an option for parent email. ...and when I go to "create account " with my email it says I already have an account and then when I use his email it says he cannot create an account at this time he is 12
