How do I report copyright infringement?

I found some ads using gameplay from an old game I love and still play to this day, I hate to see them profit from the past successes of others.

Some game called "War of Evolution" is running ads on YouTube right now and it blatantly rips off of spore.  In game footage and assets and everything.  Hope ea sues them HARD. So tired of these fly by night operations trying to reuse old games as their own.

I also want to report those ads for some rip-off game of EA's famous "Spore". It's called "War of evolution" by ONEMT HONG KONG LIMITED. I have multiple screenshots too if needed. They're also on the apple's app store.
