Hi! I've seen a few other posts regarding this issue, but they either weren't answered, or were from years ago with an invalid answer.
So basically, I've had an EA/Origin/Fifa related issue for over 2 months, and FINALLY an EA Specialist has contacted me via my case.
However, I have absolutely no idea how to respond to this specialist. Once I click on my case, I have the option to attach a file, end case or resume case. If I click resume case, I'm given 2 options, Answers HQ or entering a live chat. The live chat kind of pointless because I'm not speaking to a EA specialist directly, and the advisor in the live chat can't transfer me.
Any suggestions/help? Thanks!
