How do I post a new topic in forums

How do I post a new topic in forums. I am playing the Sudoku challenge in Polar Palace but not getting credit for my wins. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hey @flutter1948hyo in the top right of any page, below the banner you should see a big NEW TOPIC button. If you click that then you will be able to create a new thread.
