Hey there, @Jonnydangbang.
As all the cases you have right now appear to be about the same issue, if the new case would be the same, you're welcome to resume the case rather than create a new one. This allows the EA Help game advisors an opportunity to check on the history and what's been done so far and will ensure the new case isn't closed out as a duplicate.
