Hi,
so today i wanted to login to Origine to play and my password wasn't working, when looking into my mails i noticed that someone got into my account and changed the password + the security question (and the language to russian). This was on thursday, today after changing my password i had acces to my account again but i cant change the security question since it says "cake?" in russian. So how can i change it?

Having the exact same problem. Everything was changed, name, surname, gamertag and secret question/answer.
The secret question is in Russian and I am unable to change it.
No help has been offered...

Well, I didn't know when my account was compromised, but my Security Acoount Question is in Russian now too. It is "assistant" but I changed my Passord, and Email Password but the question i Can't get.

EA tech support is terrible. My account was also hacked by someone from Russia. I waited over an hour to chat with a tech so I could fix my account information. They wouldn't let me change anything unless I verified 3 bits of personal information that isn't easily verified. I was able to give them my game activation codes with dates of registration and my Xbox account info along with the last EA title I played and date of registration, but they also wanted my billing information and credit card number too. Despite already being super annoyed, I tried to give them the information. Problem? I don't have even have a credit card on file so I couldn't even verify that information. He recommended I buy something so my account would have a credit card on file. When I refused, the tech refused to help me after an hour of chat and says that I have to call during business hours to talk to a specialist team. Such bs.

Had a similar problem.
EA support is the worse. I'll never buy a EA product again.

I've had the same problem. He even invited one of his friends to my friendlist.
Was going to buy simcity deluxe edition... saw that I was hacked, everything was/is in a Russian and the secret question aswell...
No idea how to change it back. And I'm not buying anything from or for Origin until my account is safe.

I also have the very same problem. Secret question changed to russian along with everything else on my acocunt. Waited 2hours and 43mins to get hold of EA online chat support. After providing them with all the CD Keys + the dates they were added to the account, I was informed I had to call their support line to speak to a team member there.
Informing them I lived in Australia, they told me they did not have a number here and had to call America. End of Story.
Very annoyed and not been able to get any further!

Really poor EA I'm facing the same issue at the moment so what am i gogin to get now???????????? nothing.....................?One person from russia doind the same thing again and again............ ea you want take any furter actions abouut it.................?
