How can I register a CD

Can I register a PC CD-ROM I purchased several years ago through my iPhone and play it offline on my desktop? My 91 year old father absolutely loves your Bookworm Deluxe but has no internet.

Does the game require online activity? If it's old enough to be on CD-ROM it might just need a product code.
