How Do I Contact EA/Origin Customer Support Through Email Or Live Chat? [ Edited ]

I've been trying to find a way to contact EA/Origin Customer Support for an hour now, and I can't find any way to contact them. It says I can contact them via phone, email, or live chat, but when I click Contact Us it won't give me any of those options, just says "Recommended Support Option" being "Call EA Help". I am trying to contact them to see how I can connect my Sims 3 games to my current origin account from a Sims 3 account I made years ago and forgot both the username and password of.

So how do I even contact them? I can't find anywhere that will tell me what the email is, nor where to find live chat. I'm not interested in contacting through phone if possible. Thank you in advance!

Choosing different options during the Contact US process will present different contact options, including Live Chat. It is possible your issue will have to be dealt with by phone.
