Hey Guys PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!

I startet Origin to Play Battlefield 4, this acc is not old and yesterday i play normal. Now Origin ask me to a Battlefield Key, i guy battlefield on Origin or MMOGA i don´t remember

the key i don´t have it anymore what i make now. It was a Battlefield acc with Premium
