Helpdesk No Help

I have reached out to the EA helpdesk on behalf of my university's IT team on at least 5 occasions. The second to last live chat ended in the assistant telling me I would receive an email from an escalated support team. Over a week later, the email has not come. My university's CTO even reached out to the helpdesk with no luck. Is there any way to bypass this helpdesk and reach an employee in the United States who has the authority to discuss technical issues on our network with our university's CTO? I find it odd that EA provides absolutely no way for the CTO of a  college with thousands of students (many of which are EA players) to reach out to technical support with the qualification to discuss the semi-complex issues the university is having on its gaming network.

 

As for me, I am a student and avid BFV player who is determined to get EA working on our network. The CTO told a group of us students who reached out about connection issues that gaming is not his top priority. While he has attempted to reach out about the issue on a couple occasions, he encouraged us to find the proper contact info so that he can reach out and acquire the technical help he needs to enable access to online EA gaming.

I'm sorry you're still having difficulty with the network situation. As mentioned previously by @EA_Darko, we cannot share the IP server ranges of our servers, as it's not public facing information. EA Help, whether frontline or specialist, would not be able to share that information, either.

 

That said, there's some great information about what ports are needed here, including additional ports for specific games:
