My account was hacked and unfortunately it was banned. I was able to gain access to my account again, but EA won't remove the ban. I have submitted multiple cases, but I get no where. You can't talk to anyone or get any information on the ban.
I'd like to know why they won't remove the ban when it was clear that my account was hacked. The username was changed and the email address was changed, they should be able to see this. I have been an EA Customer and Gamer for the past 30 years, and now I can't play any of my EA Games. I can't unlink my EA Account from my PSN ID and therefore I can't create a new EA Account. This is extremely frustrating, as I have a lot of time and money into these games. Can anyone help me with this? How do I get my account back?

I have already done all of this. I am trying to find another option. EA does not seem to care so I hope someone can help me. Apparently a bunch of EA Accounts were hacked and all banned and no one care.
