Help, need to change secret question!

My friend changed my secret question, and now I can not change the password of the account, although it is on my email, how can I change the secret question?

Hey there,

You will need to contact Customer Service. Here's how you can reach them:

1 Go to: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2 Select Origin
5 Select which platform you play on
6 Select topic and shortly describe your issue.
7 Select contact options. You may get different contact options depending on your country.

Note that they're very busy, so you'll have to be patient.

Thanks, but I can't talk on the phone because they do not hear, i don't exist other method for contact, for recovery security question?

Hey Dare,

Try choosing Battlefield 4 instead of Origin and choose another option instead of Account Management. You should get the other options too!
