My sister is 11 and we made her an Origins account so she could play The Sims 4! However, being 11 and all, she needs her parents to verify her account. Whenever we try to verify it we get a "Whoops, error, try again" message. We can't reinstall in since the account isn't active due to us not being able to verify! Has anyone else had this issue? I have tried everything and nothing works! Please help, my sister is inconsolable!!!
UPDATE: We think it might have something to do with the email being sent to an older email adress. Could that be a factor in why it doesn't work? Please answer quickly if you know how we can fix this!
