Hello, I'm writing because the counselor on LiveChat said that writing here will solve the problem. The case name is #134351117. The payment, which was originally going well, has been "cannot continue the process" since 3 days ago. We are unable to process your order due to a problem with the payment method you provided. Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later" and no other payment method will work. I usually paid through the pc fifa23 game eaapp. But after the error, I tried using my cell phone and the web, but it didn't work. I can't buy a face mask and do anything during Totti's period. I can't buy a pack that disappears after a day because I can't buy points. Please solve this problem a little bit.

Hey @sjh7297 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call
