Have to pay for expansions that I have already bought

Hi

A while back I bought the cats and dogs expansion and the vampires expansion for the sims 4. I just got a new hard drive for my pc and when I downloaded the game on Origin it said I had to buy these expansions again. I did upgrade to Origin Access Premier but I dont think that would have anything to do with it.

@Skeletron_Gamez Did you create a new account? Do the purchases show as purchased in your account purchase history?
