Hi guys,
Just gone through this problem myself. And as you can see, I've recovered my account!
1. Set your country to US.
2. Go to 'Contact Us'
3. Select Battlefield 3 --> Account/Registration --> PC
4. Choose Live Chat and wait for a connection to be made.
5. You will be asked at some point for the answer to your secret question, your game key (serial key in your booklet/emails from digital purchase) and your ORIGINAL email address (before your account was compromised/hacked). You may wish to get an alternate email address to reassign to your account.
6. You'll be given a password reset link (sent to your alternate email address).
7. BE HAPPY AND PLAY!

EDIT: Oh and be nice to the guy sat at the other end of the PC. Speak calmly, clearly, and be polite. It's not his fault EA's security is incompetent!

I recovered my account today, but what happen to all my games. All of them are missing form MY GAME tab. Did you run into this problem also?

i can't find ''Live support''. For some reason it's not there.
