Has my account been banned? ALL the coins is from trade,pls help!!!

Hello my account is stuck say`s i buy coins,it is not possible pls i have the account after 2 years,my coins is make on trade .. and plays gaming,i have 1.000 played in fifa 14 , and in fifa 15 i have playey over 300 games, i buy the game with Pack opening , i have 33 years old, sorry i`m debusolated , FIFA mean all for me!!! I don`t give anything rong...i dont now what to say my english it`s not so good I`m from Romania...and all my coins i do it from trade and games played!!!!

PLS PLS PLS ... it` a error.. what happening...

GOD HELP ME!!! I don`t do anything wrong...i`m so sad!!!

I have seen that you have since gotten in contact with an EA Game Advisor, who made you aware of how to proceed.
