Hacked account

Hello
I reported that my account was hacked, and I’m missing over 1 million coins and all treatable players Wörth over 500 thousand coins, practically all my work from Septmber 27th was stolen, when will my account be checked? I reported this to the help desk, but how ling will it Take? At the moment I don’t really have anything to play with, I don’t want to lose the pleasure of playboy this beautiful game, fifa, please help me as soon as possible to recover my damage…God help!
