HOW TO ACTIVATE UNIDENTIFIED GAME ON EA TO PLAY ON ORIGIN, EA has been unable to help me with any other my issues and hopefully the community can assist me better. Can someone please tell me how to resolve my issue?

. . and neither of you has the vaguest idea what game you have problems with?   Or the platform?   The Game Advisers aren't here at AHQ.

Could you elaborate what "Unidentified Game" is referring to?

Also, I can't find an email address for contacting game advisers, and other game adviser channels are unavailable to my region.

Thanks for posting the other topic. I would recommend to reach out to an Advisor if you are unable to redeem the code yourself. The following thread explains how you can do this from any region:
