HELP! I can't contact EA!

I set up an Origin account through EA several years ago which is linked to all of my Sims 4 games however the email I signed up with I no longer have access to - literally no possible way to access it as I believe it was hacked. On my EA account I cannot change my email account as it says I need to access the old one. I can't find an email for EA, live chat and the phone number will cost me money as I am in AUSTRALIA. EA I need your help to combat this issue. I am worried also that If I forget my password login then I can never play the games I have paid for.

Hey @sheyahward when it comes to account-based issues your best bet is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
