Girlfriendnever got an email for EA play.

★★★ Newbie
I have a question. My girlfriend signed up for EA Play when I did, but never received any emails or anything. She's gone on the site multiple times to try to get tickets so she can be with me. Now I see its completely sold out. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Please let me know what I can do go remedy this. She is 6 months pregnant and I'd prefer she be with me just in case even if she isn't able to get hands on the games. My ticket date is Monday the 13th.

@justinsane303 Alright, in that instance it appears that the sign up never went through, which would explain why she never got a chance to register.

Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to rectify this at this stage, as the event has been sold out. Frown

We will stream the press conferences live and online here, so she can take a glance from there if she is still interested: http://www.ea.com/play2016/

This is schedulded for June 12, 1 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. BST.

Cheers,

Nils

@justinsane303 Hi,

Unfortunately tickets are indeed sold out now: http://help.ea.com/en/article/ea-play/

In regards to never receiving an email, did she ever get the initial sign up email?

Cheers,

Nils
