Gems are missing

My gems are missing as well.   I see that this has happened to quite a few people, has anyone gotten resolution, or do we just have to live with it?

If you are missing items @Player_dgrbfu9f then the best thing to do is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
